1. Nature of Contributions

Contributions made through NetZero-Planet.com support environmental and sustainability initiatives, including but not limited to:

• Tree plantation projects
• Ecological restoration programs
• Carbon offset initiatives
• Environmental awareness campaigns
• Net Zero certification programs
• Community-based sustainability projects
• Environmental research and outreach activities

Since project planning, implementation, administration, and resource allocation may commence immediately upon receipt of funds, contributions are generally considered final.

2. Cancellation Policy

Tree Plantation Contributions

Once a plantation order, tree sponsorship, donation, or contribution has been successfully processed and confirmed, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
This is because project implementation, procurement, site preparation, logistics, plantation planning, and administrative processes may begin immediately after confirmation.

Carbon Footprint Assessments & Net Zero Services

Requests for cancellation of:

• Carbon Footprint Assessments
• Net Zero Certifications
• Sustainability Reports
• Environmental Consulting Services

may be considered only if work has not yet commenced.
Once the assessment, calculation, verification, certification, reporting, or consulting process has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

Contributions & Donations

All donations and voluntary contributions made to NetZero Planet Foundation are generally non-refundable.
However, refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:

• Duplicate transactions
• Multiple payments made unintentionally
• Technical errors resulting in incorrect charges
• Unauthorized transactions verified by the Foundation

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.

Service-Based Payments

Refund requests for services may be considered only if:

• The requested service has not yet been initiated.
• The Foundation is unable to deliver the requested service due to internal reasons.

No refunds will be provided once services have been substantially delivered or completed.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, users must submit a written request within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests should include:

5. Refund Processing Timeline

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

• Change of mind after contribution
• Incorrect project selection by the contributor
• Failure to utilize certificates or services after issuance
• Plantation already completed or initiated
• Environmental projects already executed or in progress
• Contributions made during fundraising campaigns or special drives

7. Project Modifications

The Foundation reserves the right to modify:

• Plantation locations
• Species selection
• Project implementation methodologies
• Project timelines

based on environmental, climatic, technical, administrative, or community requirements. Such modifications shall not constitute grounds for refund.

8. Force Majeure

NetZero Planet Foundation shall not be liable for delays, modifications, or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Floods
• Cyclones
• Droughts
• Fire
• Government restrictions
• Civil disturbances
• Pandemic situations
• Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, contributions will continue to be utilized towards the intended environmental objectives wherever reasonably possible.

9. Foundation's Decision

All refund and cancellation requests shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The decision of NetZero Planet Foundation regarding approval or rejection of any refund request shall be final and binding.
